Mahalo to Ellen Crocker for the following recipe:
One block firm tofu cut into bite size pieces and fresh peeled and grated ginger; about 1 inch of ginger root, dependent on personal taste.
Drizzle olive oil over tofu, about 1 tablespoon.
Drizzle Tamari over tofu, here again its personal taste, probably 2 tablespoons.
Toss gently, getting tamari, oil and ginger on all pieces of tofu.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon black or white sesame seeds over tofu.
Chop either green onion tips (2-3) or garlic chives and sprinkle over also.
