Stephanie’s Crunchy Salad

Mahalo to June Kaichi for obtaining this recipe from Stephanie Conant, served at the May 2012 meeting:

CHOP:
½ head of red cabbage
½ head of green cabbage
2 scallions
2 unpeeled Granny Smith apples
1 papaya
ADD:
2–3 grated carrots
3 stalks celery, cut diagonally
Few handfuls organic cranberries
MIX WITH:
4–5 oz. Marge Love’s Lilikoi Syrup
3 T. Mayonnaise
Several t. toasted
