Stephanie’s Hummus

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon Cumin Seeds

1 teaspoon Caraway Seeds

1 teaspoon Fennel Seeds

1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger minced

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil to saute’ above ingredients

2 Cups Organic Garbanzo Beans (1 1/2 Cup 15 oz drained)

1 or more ripe lemon(s) for juice

1/4 Cup Olive Oil

3 crushed cloves garlic

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 Tablespoons + Tahini

2 splashes Tamari

Cilantro/Parsley

Saute’ first 4 ingredients in Olive Oil on medium heat for 3-5 minutes until aromatic, set aside until cool.

Mix remaining ingredients in a food processor until desired consistency. Salt & pepper to taste.
